eRenovate Referral Program
This offer (the “Offer”) is valid only for users who have created a referral code on www.eRenovate.com (each a “Referring Customer”, “you” or “your”). Not valid with any other offers or discounts. Members of eRenovate’s Referral program (see www.eRenovate.com/affiliates) are not eligible to participate in this Offer.
To participate, you can refer family and friends who have not previously Posted a Project on www.eRenovate.com (each a “Referred New Customer”) by sending them the personal referral link provided to you as the recipient of this invite-only Offer. Each Referred New Customer you refer who clicks on your personal referral link will be linked to you to earn your reward (the “Referred New Customer Reward”), as specified in and in accordance with the terms provided in the offer to the Preferred New Customer (the “New Customer Offer”).
Once a Referred New Customer clicks on your personal referral link, and within 128 days, Posts a Project on www.eRenovate.com, hires a Bonded by eRenovate™ Pro with the eRenovate Guarantee and completes the project of at least $5,000 CDN, excluding taxes, (the “Minimum”), (the “Qualifying Project”), eRenovate will confirm the Qualifying Project and, seven (7) days after each Qualifying Project is completed, with confirmation by New Customer on eRenovate, eRenovate will issue your reward, in the form of a Giftcard in $CDN. When your reward has been sent to you, eRenovate will send you an email letting you know that this action has taken place.
Note that any purchase of eRenovate Concierge Services is excluded and will not count as a “Qualifying Purchase”.
This offer is eligible within the Canadian cities that eRenovate operates, and no retroactive rewards for older projects will be applied. Refer A Friend rewards are only eligilble for first-time eRenovate customers for use on their first qualifying project. Refer A Friend rewards cannot be combined with ANY other offers.
For this Referral Program, each Referring Customer will receive, as determined in eRenovate’s sole discretion (i) a reward, as specified by eRenovate in writing, for each Qualifying Project made by a Referred New Customer (each a “Referral Reward”). You may receive no more than a total value of $6,000 CDN in Referral Rewards in your lifetime, and agree, by participating in the Offer, that you will not claim more than such amount in Referral Rewards from eRenovate.
If a Referred New Customer cancels a project or reduces the amount of their corresponding Project which decreases to below the Minimum, any unclaimed Referral Reward awarded to the Referring Customer may be rescinded. Referring Customers may not refer anyone who is an existing eRenovate customer, including an existing customer with an account under an alternate email address. You agree not to use spam or to send unsolicited emails to persons you do not personally know to collect referrals. You agree not to obtain referrals through any fraudulent or misleading activity (for example, by referring fake people to ERENOVATE, using false names, using multiple identities, email accounts or email addresses, impersonating another person, or otherwise providing false or misleading information, to ERENOVATE or to potential Referred New Customers) ERENOVATE may also cancel or rescind a Referring Customer's Referral Reward if ERENOVATE terminates the Referring Customer's account for any reason. ERENOVATE reserves the right to cancel or rescind a Referring Customer's Referral Reward if it determines in its sole discretion that a Referring Customer has violated these terms. Any other abuse of this Offer, as determined by ERENOVATE in its sole discretion, may result in the rescission of the Referring Customer's Referral Reward, as well as a determination that either or both parties are ineligible to participate in these or future offers. Determination of referral eligibility and Qualifying Projects, as well as any exceptions, are at the sole discretion of ERENOVATE. ERENOVATE reserves the right to verify and adjust Referred New Customer Rewards and Referral Rewards at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
Any available Referred New Customer Reward or Referral Reward will be delivered by email. Neither Referred New Customer Rewards nor Referral Rewards can be applied to previous purchases, and neither is redeemable for cash or distributed for anything else. This Offer is not transferable, and is subject to modification, suspension or termination at any time without notice in ERENOVATE's sole discretion. The most recent terms of this Offer posted on www.eRenovate.com will be binding on you and ERENOVATE.
The Offer is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify ERENOVATE, its agents and representatives against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described with respect to or arising out of either: (i) your participation in the Offer; (ii) the receipt or use of the Referral Rewards; or (iii) the administration of the Offer.
You hereby release, waive and discharge any and all claims of damage, loss or causes of action which you or any of your representatives, heirs, next of kin or assignees may have or which may hereinafter accrue to such persons against ERENOVATE, its agents and representatives as a result of your participation in the Offer or the receipt or use of the Referral Rewards.
